“The rooms were definitely a highlight — very spacious and large, which was a big plus for our stay. However, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. As soon as we walked into the room, there was a strong smell resembling a dirty mop, which was unpleasant and never fully went away. The elevator near our room was also out of service for the entire week we were there, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the laundry machines were unreliable — they worked……

“Loved Hotel Indigo Grand Caymen. Beautiful property with a yummy breakfast and access to use the beach club Bonny Moon. Where it’s a restaurant next to 7MB and chairs ect. The resort was super nice. Only con is the prices for food/ drinks were expensive but the hotel was at good cost point!”

“Please note that the hotel is currently under construction and so is the hotel next to it which really constricts your beach experience since a lot of machinery is going on and workers and working. There is hardly any beach access and not many chairs (always taken). They do offer free shuttles to governors beach and public beach and also offer free chairs to bring and go pros to borrow. The instructions on what beach chairs shoukd benuaed by guests at the beach were a bit vague, and when we found them there were only 2 or 4 for the entire rental property.
